Can Etsy integrations work with Shopify for drop shipping after migration?

After you migrate your ETSY store, to the SHOPIFY store. Will you be able to run it with the ETSY integrations for Drop shipping. Do I have to change anything in SHOPIFY to make it work.?? I know your products  and other information will get loaded up to SHOPIFY, but I am not sure the integrations to the POD companies will.

Thank you....I have my work cut out me. I know I can migrate my products information, images etc. from ETSY, but the integration part to the POD ...will take time to do. Thanks again.
