Can guest checkout be enabled for specific products only?

My company makes semi-custom clothing. We work from measurements to ensure the best fit, so we need specific  information to make their garments. So we require an account before checkout.

But when someone is purchasing a Gift Certificate, we'd like to let them us Guest Checkout. Is there a way - or an app - to do this?

There are a few apps that MAY be able to do this but I'm not 100% sure. Usually you want them logged in for any purchases and the apps tend to cater to that. Lockdown may be one that helps. I think the issue may be what if they are already logged in due to past purchases, and what happens if they are logged in and add gift card to cart. Is there a specific reason you want them to use guest when making gift card purchase?
