Can I add a product request box to my sneaker website?

hey shopify users! i have a sneaker website sneakergrails.net and i’m wondering if i can add a suggestion box where people can request certain products for the site. such as clothing or certain shoes

I know this is an old question but just in case anyone is wondering there are apps to download that will apply a feedback button to your shop. So far I cannot find a free one but it seems most are pretty inexpensive.
