Can I add product variants in dropshipping?

Hello,

I have a line of guided journals, and when someone makes a purchase, the info is automatically sent to a third party and they create the item. (Dropshipping)

I want to add variants to my products (normal binding and spiral bound)

Can I do this with dropshipping? I can't find a way to connect each variant to my third party provider.
