Can I avoid extra charges on merchandise sales through a different plugin?

having to use a dangerous goods processor for my sales platform.   I also need to sell merchandise, IE hats shirts mugs etc etc

do I need a plug in for the merch so I am not charged the extra percentage as I do for the ammo?

or do i need to have plug that routes the merch sales to another website???
