Can I be in the USA while getting products shipped from China to the country of purchase ?

I want to start a store in which I live in the USA but my product will be in China and I would like it to be shipped from China to the country of wherever the person that purchased it resides how can I do this legally ?

Yes, this is possible. Following process you can do it:

1. Need to decide products, make sure, these products are in demand.

2. Need to create your Shopify store.

3. Shopify provide free app integration named: Deser (https://apps.shopify.com/dsers). You can use free plan until start to your income using this app.

4. Using this app you can connect https://www.aliexpress.com.

5. Once you done with integration, your product from Aliexpress you can show on your Shopify store.

6. Once Store make and integration complete, you can do SEO of your store and Paid marketing as well based on your budget.

Once your store ready and visitor visit your product, they can buy products from your store. They will pay you not to Aliexpress. Once you get order and payment you will place order on AliExpress on behalf of visitor.

As you live in US,  you need to set your US address and SSN detail in your Shopify store. So, what payment you get, in will track. Apart from that there is no any other legal activities so far in this Dropshipping business.
