Can I build a multi-seller wholesale distribution app with role management?

I need to create an app and website for a distributor that sells wholesale products to stores through a preventer, I sell through the app.
I need to know if this application can:
having users for each seller, that is, multi-seller
management of roles and permissions that users can do certain things and others cannot
management of orders, inventories, quotes and reports and automations.
I already have a project with mix, can I migrate it here?
