Can I build a website for just information web with Shopify? (No Selling nor Cart required)

Or should I go for WIX  instead?

If so Should I buy the Domain through Shopify? for Domain.com? 

How to create an email name  domain.com  

I would appreciate any recommendations and suggestions.
