Hello,
Is t possible to change the billing cycle date? For instance, On the 19th of every month shopify deduct money from my account ,Now i want to change the 19th to 31st of every month. Is it possible ? if so How do i do that?
Hi there @Tshego123!
I can confirm that while it would be possible to move your store onto an annual or greater plan, which would push your billing date to once a year or more, it would not be possible to change the day of the month on which you are billed.
This is due to how our billing system works internally which requires plans to be charged every 30 days, based on when the store was created.
Would you have set up your store recently here or have you been selling for a while already?
Is there anything else you'd like to be able to do or improve upon in terms of Shopify's functionality?

I find this really frustrating as I am on a fixed income and my current billing date is a couple weeks before I am paid each month often resulting in overdraft fees. Had I known I couldn’t change my monthly billing date when I signed up for Shopify I would have waited. Does anyone know if Shopify plans on fixing this for the sake of some of us shops who are starting up and don’t have the guaranteed revinue to cover the expense of their shop fees every month?
