All things Shopify and commerce
I am using the Shopify Forms app (pop-up) to provide a freebee mini course in exchange for a customer email. I set up a marketing automation so that an email containing the course link will send immediately after submission. The problem is, it won't send if the customer has already subscribed either as a purchaser or through my newsletter. The mini course is new, so even though I am using it to grow my email list, I would also like it to be available to existing customers who stop by or find the offer on social media.
Is there an automation workflow trigger other than "Customer subscribed to email marketing" that I can use? Or any other way to create an automation based off a tag being added to a new or existing customer rather than based on a new subscriber?
Thanks!!

Hello WLE,
Please correct me if I m wrong. You wanna add a tag to the existing customers or subscribers who are interested in your freebie course so they can auto receive your marketing automation flow.
I would suggest to use our tool.
1. Use the form to collect customer email
2. Will be synced and tagged automatically
3. The customer will received the freebie course link
