Can I delete my Shopify account due to unexpected charges?

I have a concern so I opened up a shopify account a while a go saw it was one dollar so tried it. then was going start a buisness then gave up on it and was waiting to pay the dollor after payed the dollar I had a issue with my bank non related to shopify so it was frozen so for a whole month straight i was trying to fix the issue with the bank and during that time I did not realize my shopify was still on and running I don’t use shopify anymore but it’s trying to charge me 57 yk what I mean had in issue with the bank my plan was to cancel my account after the dollar fee but I was so busy with the bank forgot my account was still up till now since March it’s trying charge me 57 so I’m wondering if you guys can delete my account or when ever have money I pay the fee take my time until have money to pay?
