Can I Display "Select Your Size" On The Dawn Theme's Dropdown Variant Picker?

Just wondering if there a way to display "Select your size" message to the dropdown variant picker, on the product's page of the Dawn theme.

Currently when you choose the dropdown variant picker on your theme's customize, when you visit any product page, it will display a size as default. And I want a message to be shown - "Select your size" - before any user opens the dropdown variant picker.

Any help will be really appreciated.
