Can I get a refund for a cancelled plan?

Hey, i tried to cancel my shop plan 1-2 weeks before now, beacuse im no longer using my site since end of december and last time i missed to cancel. Unfortunately i was charged by today about the same plan. Can we cancel my plan and make refund on the last charge which was by today?
