I had the free subscription for 3 months and I barely used the app. I forgot about the app and the subscription didn’t show up on my settings. I’m wondering how can we get it refunded. Is there a phone number to call?

I'm in the same position. There is no phone number or email. They expect you to use their useless chatbot thing that is incapable of solving anything.
