Hey how are you guys I just recently was on 14 day free trial which I was planning to cancel, but wasn't sure exactly when it ends as it didn't say in shopify and it billed me today on Jan 6, but i do not want the store is it possible if I close my store I can get a refund?

It sounds like your free trial ended and you've been charged your first subscription fee. I understand you don't wish to continue with the account, and I'm happy to assist from here. As per our Terms of Service, Shopify generally doesn't provide refunds. However, if you're not planning to use the account going forward, once the account is closed we can absolutely look into refunding the charge so you don't end up paying for a service that you don't use. In order to look closer into this with you, we'll first need to do some authentication. I've sent an email to the email address associated with your Shopify Community account. Please reply back to that email, and we can continue to look into this together.
Were there any roadblocks or driving factors that contributed to your decision to close the account? If you think you may still want to give Shopify a try, but are running into any problems preventing you from continuing, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist however I can.

Hello! I am having the same problem. I was charged now, and right away I am trying to cancel it. I really need the money back and I am not going to use it any more please could you help me ?
I am also facing the same problem and I would like that shopify will refund this amount
