I have been trying to contact support, and it has not been possible for me to find a place where I could write an e-mail, chat or other form for contact to a support employee.
I got an e-mail from "Shopify" about my account being closed due to lack of payments and I want to confirm that the mail is spam and that my account will not be closed, but it is impossible to contact anybody??

When I click on your link, I get asked the name of my store, and then I get automatically sent to this page (picture below), where it is not possible to write anything to anybody, only read about different subjects or participate in this chat.
Can you please tell me what I should do?

I managed to start a chat by going backwards in my navigation window after I click on my account.. so it works, but it is not the logical way.

it is hopeless, they have clearly cut back to the point that it is now a self help situation, good luck to any beginners! Practically impossible to find any way to contact a live person
if you can find it. I have been on the site all day looking for a way to speak to someone live and good luck. I had terrible trouble trying to log into my account, your guidelines are a disaster, and it is practically impossible to find a live person to ask about anything.
That's great advice Oliver, except it doesn't seem to work out the way you described it... If you like going in circles on the Shopify website, it's perfect!
