Can i hide certain collections from collection - page ?

We run a pharmacy where we have 10 main collections with over 200 sub-collections.
When our customer click "Category" we would like them to only see the main 10 collections,

But hide the other 200 sub-collections?

How can this be done?

Follow these simple steps in order to hide specific collections:

1.    In the Shopify admin panel go to “collections” and open the collection you want to hide
2.    Scroll down and search for Visibility
3.    To hide a collection, select hidden button.
4.    Done

I am not seeing this "Visibility" option on my collection page. Is there anything else I can do?

For anyone that may be still wondering, I had same question but it seems 'Visibility' has since been changed to 'Include' or 'Exclude from sales channels'
