Can I legally create an ecommerce store before turning 18?

Hi, I have a question about making my Shopify store before 18. Would it be possible if I asked the court and got legal capacity for business activity under 18 years? It's a pretty complicated process but here in the Czech Republic it's possible.  I know my parents can create the store for me and I can have access to it but like this, it would be easier.

This is Roan, and I will be giving some insights regarding this. First off, it is great to hear that you have a plan on having an online business of your own at such a young age.

Regarding to your concern to have a Shopify store under your name, I understand that you want your Shopify store to be under your name legally though, according to Shopify Payments Terms of Service - Czech Republic, you will need to be at least 18 years of age in order to successfully create a Shopify store.

I know that this might not be ideal to you though, I would highly advise for you to have open communication with your parents and informing them of your intention to launch a Shopify store as a business. Also, inform them as well that, until you reach the legal age of 18 to handle the account on your own, they will need to setup and maintain the Shopify account.
