All things Shopify and commerce
Hello
I'm setting 'buy with prime' on my shopify store.
I also connected the 'sellercloud' app to manage inventories.
when a buy with prime order is made, it's also added to the sellercloud and shown as an order that needs to be fulfilled.
Since bwp orders are fulfilled by Amazon, I don't want the order added to the sellercloud. It becomes a kind of duplicated order.
To achieve that the order needs to be 'fulfilled' or 'completed' when it's on the shopify side, before it's passed to the sellercloud.
I tried some of the scenarios on the Flow, but failed due to delay when I put tag = 'buy with prime' as condition, and another condition 'location' = 'buy with prime' returns an empty value, etc.
Can I get some clues to mark those 'buy with prime' orders differently or change the order status to be 'completed/fulfilled' automatically, so it won't be added to sellercloud?
Thank you!
You could mark them fulfilled but just make sure your email notifications are designed in a way to not confuse the customer. If you can't mark it fulfilled as it is, change the location of the order to your default location then mark fulfilled.
Or you could try putting the order on hold.
But the best solution is to contact sellercloud and ask them what type of marker you can put on the order to have them ignore it.
Could be orders with a certain tag, source, notes, etc.
Any good fulfillment service app will either offer that option or customize it for you.
