Can I make my existing website ADA compliant with addons?

Can someone suggest how to convert an existing Shopify website into ADA complaint? Are there any addons available to achieve it.

Making your website is accessible is something all merchants should consider when designing their online stores, and while it is ultimately the merchant's responsibility to ensure they are meeting any accessibility laws and guidelines in the regions and jurisdictions they are present in and selling to, Shopify provides resources and assistance to merchants looking to get their store up to certain accessibility standards.

You can check out our accessibility policy to learn more about how Shopify is commiting to accessibility on a comany-wide basis, while our accessibility for themes article on the Shopify Help Center explains in more detail how you can make your website more accessible from a design perspective. This article provides information on how you can meet certain accessibility guidelines in terms of text accessibility, alternative texts for images, slideshow and video support, and other aspects.

Additionally, you can look through some of the apps on the  Shopify App Store and see if any of them works for your store. Let me know if that helps.

The apps only states that it works with most themes. How can we find out it if it help with our existing theme? This is so frustrating.

Please let me know which app state that it works with most themes and what the theme that you use? 

Keep in mind, those apps are third party apps and if you see an app that feels like a good fit, you can always contact their developer to confirm on any questions you may have. They know their apps features inside and out, so they will be the best place to find out more about a specific app.
