Can I manage a US-based store from Lebanon?

Hello, I'm currently generating a marketing campaign regarding my product, and soon I will launch it in the United States when everything is in place. My partner is located in the United States and she has all the obligations from Shopify in place, however I will be the one managing the account from Lebanon. I did my search regarding the issue and some resources feedback was that I can manage it from Lebanon and others denied it, while i have some time on me i need an answer. Hopefully someone might resolve the issue I'm facing or refer me to someone that might. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance on this. To ensure I'm fully understanding however, are you able to share a bit more information with me?

For example, are you looking to know whether you can utilize Shopify Payments if operating out of Lebanon? If so, you are required to have physical operations (i.e an office) within the United States. 

If you, the account holder, have proof of documentation, you can connect with us directly for further guidance. This will allow our support team to investigate further and share steps on how you can proceed. 

If however, you don't currently have physical operations within the country mentioned, you can look to our list of third-party payment providers to continue accepting credit cards online.
