Can i recieve orders without payments being setup?

I am currently awaiting a ssn and for that reason I can not setup my payments yet, therefore I am wondering if it is possible to recieve orders without them being payed out until I get my ssn which is about 2 weeks from now. Additionally, if i cancel my subscription while waiting for it will my account/store be deleted?
