My client wants this checkbox disabled from the checkout screen. Can someone please provide guidance on how to remove/hide? Website here for reference

If you head to Settings > Billing > "Address collection preference", which boxes are enabled?
If the first option is not checked off, you'll want to enable it to remove the billing address fields.

The problem with enabling it as default is that this is a flower shop that does local delivery – so it would be rare that the recipient's address (local delivery address aka "shipping address") will be the same as the billing address. Rather, she wants to ensure that both address fields are manually filled out. Doesn't want to give the customer the option to use the delivery address as the billing address. Is it possible to simply remove the checkbox and text altogether?
I see. Ultimately, the checkout functions cannot be altered but you may want to consider an application to manage shipping/delivery services. Are they working with a specific delivery service already? They may have an extension that works with our platform. Otherwise, take a look at the apps we have available for delivery services.

She has a delivery app installed 🙂 we just switched to a new one, but the old one as well as this new one, both don't offer a function for the checkbox/text to be hidden or changed.
Looks like there isn't a solution. I appreciate your insight.
