Re: 14 days trial period

Can I reset or extend the 14-day trial period on Shopify?

Hi 

We have new venture in Stavanger Norway. I have log into it in Shopify by our brand store as a username. But unfortunately i didnt get time to create my website on Shopify in 14 days. If you or your team can see nothing is use in 14 days. Can you please reset or set a new 14 days. So i can start working on my project.

Although we cannot account-specific support through the Community, you're welcome to reach out to our support team to chat about your options for extending your trial. To do so, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support' and then click 'Continue.' Our support team will be able to access your account and look into this further.

 

In the meantime, I know that setting up a shop can be slightly overwhelming at times. I want to share some great resources, to help you get started:

 

  • The Shopify Help Center Youtube is a great resource, all the videos are created by our team here and provide lots of information along with visual guides for different aspects of store setup.
  • Shopify Learn helps entrepreneurs start and run businesses on Shopify by giving them access to the guidance, resources, and community they need to be successful. I highly recommend the free courses posted on there.

I have'nt use my Free trial period offer. can you please reset to it and
let me know !
I would like to keep my Store name as it is ''Velgsmak''

This is because we will need to access your account in order to make these changes. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support' and then click 'Continue.' Our support team will be able to access your account and look into this further.
