Can I run my business on Shopify alone? Looking to get rid of Cin7

I have been running my business using Cin7 to run a bricks & mortar POS location, 2 websites and 2 B2B's. I also integrate with Xero and a shipping app. Cin7's software is buggy and their customer service is non existent and I hate having to pay the fairly expensive monthly fees for that.

Can I run this sort of business using Shopify alone along with some apps and plug in's?
