All things Shopify and commerce
Hi everyone. I want to take courses I've created in Articulate 360 and sell them either individually or as a content library subscription on Shopify. For example, once purchased, a customer would be able to access an online link and open the course (not download). Can I do that or do I need to link out to a learning management system and host them there? Thanks!
Yes, you can do that. You can set up a Shopify store and link out to the courses you have created in Articulate 360. The courses can be sold as individual items, or you can take advantage of Shopify's subscription feature to offer a content library subscription. After purchase, customers will be able to access an online link to open the course, without needing to download it.
If you need more control over the courses, you can choose to link out to a learning management system and host them there. This will give you more options for tracking user activity and controlling access.
Hi John, this sounds very interesting. I'm new at shopify, could you help me out a little bit. I'm planning to sell online products like courses. How does it work? Right now when people buy a course at my eshop, they automatically get a link to my membership section where they can watch and download the webinar. Does something like this work with shopify? Thank you very much!
I'm new too at shopify, could you help me out a little bit in finding out a platform or app where I can create a one time access code to provide access to my course online. You can have a look here to check the website https://onlineskillsacademy.com/.
Also, Flickrocket and shopify both do not provide such functionality till now.
