Can I set different prices for B2B and B2C on the same platform?

Can I use Shopify for B2B and B2C with different prices. B2C should not see the prices of B2B. At the same time the store should offer pickup at 5 locations and normal shipping at the same time.

Great question! You can definitely manage a B2B and B2C business using Shopify with different prices. There are many wholesale and custom pricing apps available on the Shopify app store that will allow this functionality. The best fit depends on what type of pricing you’re wanting to offer customers. 

Are you looking to offer custom prices per product, or will there be tiered pricing for your B2B customers?

For example:

Custom Pricing

Each product will have varied B2B/ Wholesale pricing

Tiered Pricing

B2B customer A: 10% off

Customer B: 20% Off

Since you’re not changing the shipping for each type of customer, most apps will use the same shipping rates you offer currently so no need to worry about that! However, it is good to know that you’ll need the Shopify plan in order to offer 5 shipping locations. You can find out more about the location limitations here.

Yes, there are lots of solutions out there. Here's my recommended stack:
- Sparklayer for wholesale pricing, ordering, products, etc.
- Locksmith for access control (or Liquid if you're comfortable with that)
- Customer Fields for wholesale inquiries, account approval, and automatic customer tags.

The best part is you DON'T have to be on Shopify Plus to do this.
