Can I set different shipping policies for different products?

I'm selling in the US market.
For example, product A is in stock in our US warehouse and I want to set it to free shipping, and product B is in stock in our UK warehouse and I want to set a shipping cost.
Can I do this?
Also, is it possible to set these shipping policies per collection?

You sure can. Shipping profiles are handy for this purpose! Essentially, you will need to create two different shipping profiles and assign US products to one, and UK products to another. You can then set shipping rates to each profile accordingly. Whenever a customer checks out with a product, they will be presented with the shipping rates assigned to the shipping profile that the product belongs to.

At this time we don't have the option to add items to a shipping profile using collections or tags. You will need to manually add them in the shipping profile settings.
