Can I start a global online trading business while living in Egypt?

Hello everyone , i am a fresh new guy here from egypt , i am excited about trading , 

i want to ask if i can make a website and trade in other countries and work while i live in egypt ??

or i will face problems that will not allow me to dropship ??

please i am new and i really need help to decide if i am going to start working
