Can I track my order or change email after wrong entry?

I accidentally put a wrong email when I place my order on Shopify that why I have never received a confirmation email. Now I can't track my order. Is there any way to track my order with order number or make a change of email?

Was this an order you placed on the Shopify Hardware Store? Or was it an order you placed on a store you believe to be hosted by Shopify?


If it is a store you believe is hosted on the Shopify platform, then you will need to contact the store directly for hepl with your order. Shopify doesn't have access to merchant accounts and isn't able to resolve or modify orders on a merchant's behalf. I recommend reaching out through the store's contact us page for further assistance with this.
