Can I transfer my inactive store domain from Shopify to Square?

How do I transfer my domain from shopify to square if my store is inactive? is it possible or do I have to reactivate my shopify store to do so?

For everyone reading this thread, I want to share the guide on removing third-party domains from Shopify. Remember that this process applies when you have access to the active store.

In your case, you mentioned that the store is inactive. Depending on your store standing and the domain status, our Advisors team can help you perform this action. We cannot look into specific accounts here, as we need to authenticate the account owner first, which is impossible via Community for privacy and security reasons.
