Can I trust emails offering website help or is it a scam?

Hi

My company get alot of "wierd" email from different people that wanna help out and give tips on our page.

But i have no idea if i can trust any of them.

Today we got a mail from a person that says he is a "pro" from "Shopify expert community" and asked if he could share some tips.

I cant find anything about a "expert community" so not sure if i can trust this person.

My guess is that this person wanna scam my company. But i can not be sure.

So asking here, can i trust emails like this or is it just a scam?

No, mark them spam.
If you want an expert select from the freelancing portal or community directly.
