Can multiple PayPal accounts be used with Shopify Plus based on user's country?

Hi,

would it be possible to use multiple paypal accounts with Shopify Plus? Basically i want payments to go to different accounts based on the users country of origin. 

Also for bank transfer i want the customer show different bank details.

With Shopify Plus i could edit checkout.liquid. But even than is it technically possible?
