I'm a bit lost with how the first line should be 'translated' so it matches Shopify format. I've attached example file.

Some of the fields were confusing to me and I wasn't sure how to map them properly. Things like having more than one image, for example.
I attached the file to my original post. But also, this is the first line of the CSV file:
