All things Shopify and commerce
Is there a way to have a specific tag added to a customer's account when they purchase either items from a specific collection or a product with a specific word?
How? I have tried to figure it out and I can't so I have been manually doing and we get several orders for these specific collections/products a day so it has been very time consuming.
Talk about useless inputs....
Hey, @mwesson48
I just wanted to reach out to see if you tried setting this up through Shopify Flow and if so, had any questions getting it setup.
Otherwise, there are 3rd party auto tagging apps to consider such as iTags - Tag Automation that allows you to set up automated tagging rules for customers and orders.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Hey @mwesson48!
You should be able to set something like this up in the Shopify Flow app. The trickiest part will be setting up the condition you want for the workflow, but you could do something like this: If at least one of the order line item's names includes "test".
This condition should only proceed if one of the product names in the order actually contains "test"
You can do that by creating an automation on Flow: when an order is created check if the collection title equals to x, then add customer tags.
