Can't access my website, could it be a domain verification issue?

Hello, I completed my website and published it almost a week ago, now out of nowhere I cant access the site from any device. What I am suspecting is that the domain hasnt been verified and I have checked how to do verify it through a mail that was supposed to been sent to my mail but I cant find anything. Is there any other way I can verifry the domain or do I have to contact the Shopify support?

If your domain was purchased from Shopify, then we'd recommend checking your junk folder for the domain verification email. If you still don't see the email, then you can double-check the email address and resend the verification email by editing your contact information for your Shopify-managed domain. However, if you're using a third-party domain, then you will need to contact your domain provider regarding the verification email.
