Hello,
I recently created a new paid account to begin opening up an online shop, but today have had difficulty signing into my original PAID account that is being billed $50/ per 30 day billing cycle, so I had reset my password.
After doing so, shopify created an entirely NEW free TRIAL account that is linked to the email address that I use for my original PAID account, and now it’s saying that my email address doesn’t have the authorization/permission to access my original account even though I’m still being billed for it.
The support chat is not allowing me to connect to an agent to help resolve this issue, on top of continuously sending me broken links to support help pages. I’ve checked the support pages and my question cannot be resolved through that format and requires human assistance.
If I’m not able to get this issue resolved then I’ll be contacting my bank to cancel my services entirely and filing a formal complaint to the business bureau.
