Can’t add products to collection

So when I wanted to add a product to my homepage collection I clicked the save button and it said I need permission to edit collections and that I need to request access from my administrator and I have no idea what to do. Also when I click on products the collections button does’t show I only got to this collection cause of “Recently updated collections” someone please help.

Yes mine is doing the same thing I’ve been trying for literal HOURS to fix it and nothing works

Same for me  I think it’s ridiculous I am the only user for my account,we pay for these services we should get a bug free service.
