Can't cancel my subscription - "Password is incorrect" after changing it

I can't cancel my shopify store, I am on pause and build plan at the moment and I tried to close my store but it says my password is incorrect after I have reset my password. It needs my password in order to close my store, please advise.

Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
