Can't checkout, showing 'Your connection needs to be verified before you can proceed', no response

My desktop website can not direct to checkout page, always showing 'Your connection needs to be verified before you can proceed', and no response at all, even refresh the page. BUT, mobile website is working and can direct to checkout page. so weird. How to fix the issue? Need help, please!
