Everytime click to choose a plan I get a page can't load with error code 500. I tried resetting everything and even doing it on my phone and it won't load.

Earlier today, Shopify received reports of merchants being unable to select a plan as they were faced with the same error message shared in your screenshot. Our developers have since investigated the issue and it is resolved. You should be able to navigate to your Settings > Plan section of the admin to choose a plan.
Prior to choosing a plan, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and then proceeding. If you're still having issues selecting a plan, the next best step is to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our internal team can continue assisting you.
