Can't connect domain by "These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen."

I can't connect my domain by error message "These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen."

I had raised the ticket to Shopify Support Advisor near the week.

Shopify Support Advisor never response after escalated, even though I had try to raise the another tickets to supplement information.

 

How can I connect back my domain?

I had tried to change the subscription plan to reactive the frozen store but not work.

I had saw all alerts disappear few hours ago, but the error still occurs when I try to connect my domain again.

I try to asking on online chat again, general support is helpful to explain the status and confirmed my case is escalated to correct team.
Yup, general support told me the same things yesterday...
I am understood general support limited to check something.
The main point is NO Senior Support Advisor response in inbox near a week.

Inbox is useless that only me asking but nothing return.

I feel very frustrated on that...


It seems something stuck at Shopify backend that needs to clear or reset, perhaps that should related to SSL cert or something backend configuration.
I am planning to clear all DNS records which related to Shopify later.

I don't think this is useful but a least better than waiting.
I am no idea that how long my store can resume to normal.

Shopify Escalated Team never response, and I had tried to clean all DNS records which related Shopify but not works.

General Support Team is helpful but no one can tell me when and how can fix it.

Perhaps I should cancel the Shopify plan first.
