Hello, I am unable to integrate my Shopify store with YouTube. It says 'Can't connect YouTube channel. Please try again.' I have fulfilled all the requirements for YouTube. Thank you for your response

Have you tried connecting the Google & YouTube channel on another browser or device to troubleshoot? I haven't seen this error message before, but it sounds like something that might come up due to a browser issue. You can also check for browser updates, try an Incognito/private browsing window, or try clearing your cache to see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, I have tried different browsers, but it didn't help. I even tried using the Shopify mobile app. I wanted to contact Google Merchant, but they are asking for the Shopify ID. Where can I find it, and whom should I contact to obtain the Shopify ID?

Your Shopify ID is how you login to your store(s), so I'm not sure what Google Merchant support was referring to. Please don't share your store's email or password with anyone. Do they have your myshopify URL? I'm wondering if they were referring to that.

Have you checked the settings in your YouTube account? Make sure that you're either set to a Brand Account or you have access to YouTube Studio on your YouTube channel.

 

There are also permissions to check by going to your YouTube Channel Dashboard. Follow Google's guide here for step-by-step instructions: Migrate from Brand Account user access to channel permissions.
