Can't deactivate store due to password error, is it a glitch?

Looks like this is a known issue. I am trying to deactivate the store and keep getting incorrect password error. I logged in using the same password, not sure if this is glitch or Shopify is making is difficult to deactivate accounts.

Write "I need support" in the chat, and then follow the prompts to be added to our support queue.
