Can't deactivate store due to password error, is it a glitch?

Looks like this is a known issue. I am trying to deactivate the store and keep getting incorrect password error. I logged in using the same password, not sure if this is glitch or Shopify is making is difficult to deactivate accounts.

I haven't seen any reports for this issue yet, so it's best to try some troubleshooting steps first. Please clear your browser cache following these steps. If you're still experiencing the same error, try using a different browser or device. If you have done these steps and still aren't able to deactivate your account, contact our support team so they can look into this for you. Contact our Shopify Advisors here. Write "I need support" in the chat, and then follow the prompts to be added to our support queue.
