Can't login to my account, infinite redirect loop

I'm trying to log into an old account of mine to look into reactivating the store my organisation shut down a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, after logging in, I keep being redirected between two pages infinitely. One of them displays a 500 error temporarily before redirecting back to what looks like the main account landing page (there's a brief flicker of a sidebar menu). I've tried multiple browsers, tried disabling all plugins, cleared my cache several time to no avail. Using the support chatbot I've had a very frustrating time trying to contact support since it wants me to select a store from a non existent list of stores before it'll pop me into the queue. What's a person to do?

Could be, I have no way of knowing. If only Shopify could take a look they might be able to say for certain-- maybe even resolve it. I wish getting support wasn't this difficult. This evening I'll stand outside and look for a shooting star to help propel my chances of success 😳
