Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account. Have you already been in touch to our live support team in regard to this issue?
If not then I would recommend connecting with live support in order to troubleshoot your account for you as I am unable to access accounts from the forums here myself. They will be able to look closer into the issue with your account from there. As you are unable to generate a pin for authentication purposes, please visit our help center here and follow along with my video hereto 'continue without logging in'.
