Can't open a new store

Hello, 

I have been trying to open a new Shopify store and unable to. I keep getting an error message and a refresh button which does not work. But there is a notice just at the bottom of the page, saying Shopify is aware of this and are working to fix it. My question is how long is this going to take as I have to make a report soon.

Try clearing your cache, also your computer DNS cache or trying via incognito or a different browser
