That makes me wonder then, if what you're experiencing is simply a local caching error which can be ruled out by trying the following:
If that works, we know it was just a temporary glitch on your device. If the issue continues to persist then I would recommend taking a deeper look at how the products are set-up in the backend. More particularly, if they are using the same template or different templates.

I appreciate that added context of the issue being visible only for mobile users, as I was conducting testing from a desktop.
Are there multiple templates being used for the products? Yet, the same template acts differently from one product to another?
Since you are using a third-party theme the testing I recommend will be limited, however, have you tried against an unedited version of your theme? That will help you determine if the issue is from custom code added after the fact, an app injecting code, or a pre-determined issue. Read more about identifying and resolving such issues here.
