Can't scroll on certain products on mobile

I'm using the Stiletto theme, and for certain products like this one Example  can't figure out why for some it scrolls and not for others like this one

Thanks for getting in touch with our network. I had a look at your example products and I'm able to scroll both of them - which is good news!

 

That makes me wonder then, if what you're experiencing is simply a local caching error which can be ruled out by trying the following:

 

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection

If that works, we know it was just a temporary glitch on your device. If the issue continues to persist then I would recommend taking a deeper look at how the products are set-up in the backend. More particularly, if they are using the same template or different templates.

It's still not working for our team on mobile on the our Iphones even on google chrome, safari etc. Other products that are assigned to that template and work except a couple links like below. On desktop their are perfect though 😓

I appreciate that added context of the issue being visible only for mobile users, as I was conducting testing from a desktop.

 

Are there multiple templates being used for the products? Yet, the same template acts differently from one product to another? 

 

Since you are using a third-party theme the testing I recommend will be limited, however, have you tried against an unedited version of your theme? That will help you determine if the issue is from custom code added after the fact, an app injecting code, or a pre-determined issue. Read more about identifying and resolving such issues here
