Can't scroll secondary product images and can only see the primary image

I have two different but related issues with product images between desktop and mobile. On desktop, users need to first click into the product image before they can scroll to the secondary images of the product which is not very intuitive. There is no way to scroll product images without "zooming in" on the first product image. For mobile, there is no way for the user to scroll the product images, and instead they can only view the primary product image. Can someone help?
