I received a message that my ID was not verified and I need to resubmit it.
But when I try to upload a new photo, the "Submit" button is not clickable as I showed in the attached video.
I tried to log in from different devices, different browsers, but nothing works...

Hi) I'm having trouble uploading the documents for Payment Acceptance Confirmation through Shopify Payments. We are an officially registered company in the UK. When I try to upload a document I get an error (photo attached). I contacted support and they told me to try another browser with a different photo incognito mode. I tried all this. And the result is zero. Another problem is that customers have made orders part of the orders we sent and our money is frozen. Who has encountered this, please write to me, just the support does not answer. Thank you
